QuantCV

Terms

How QT works, what QuantCV does not promise, acceptable use, account types, and governing law.

Account types

QuantCV issues three immutable account types: candidate, hr, and career_consultant. Each account owns exactly one workspace of the matching type, and its account type cannot be converted after signup.

The QT model

  • Quant Tokens (QT) are QuantCV's internal product currency. QT are not cash, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be transferred between accounts.
  • Every account holds exactly one QT Wallet, shared across every Candidate Profile that account manages.
  • Before a qt_paid operation runs, QuantCV shows you its exact QT price — the Quote — and reserves that exact amount only after you confirm it. The price does not increase while the operation is running.
  • Some operations are token_free and always cost 0 QT; others are bundle_included, consuming a right you already purchased as part of a package. Which mode applies to a given operation is fixed by QuantCV's own versioned policy, never chosen ad hoc.
  • Stripe, not QuantCV, is the payment processor for subscriptions and QT Top-up purchases, and is the source of truth for your payment status, refunds, and chargebacks.

What QuantCV does not promise

QuantCV does not guarantee an interview, an offer, or any hiring outcome. What it delivers is a tailored application package grounded in the evidence you've confirmed — the decision to interview or hire always remains with the employer.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use QuantCV for an unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law;
  • attempt to circumvent QT pricing, quoting, or reservation;
  • submit CV, vacancy, or evidence content you do not have the right to submit;
  • attempt to access another account's workspace, candidate profile, or wallet.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction to be determined], without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. This clause will be completed once QuantCV's operating jurisdiction is confirmed.
